Diet is not Necessary To Get Lean

Do you diet to GET LEAN ?
Is it low carb?Low calorie?Low fat ?whatever it may be.
But What do you achieve by dieting ?
you are only starving.
You are only ruining your health.
Whatever little weight you lose,will also not last long once you give up your dieting.
So do not go on dieting to lose weight.
You understand that food is not going to make you overweight,if you take the right food,in right time.
So you eat to your satisfaction.
Eat to your stomach full.
STILL you can lose weight.
What matters is what do you eat and how often do you eat.
Yes.Little change in your eating habits,can get you lean.
So what should you do?

1.Take plenty of water.It will increase your metabolism which will burn more calories.
It also cleans your body and improves your digestion.
2.Take green tea.This is rich in antioxidants.Helps you to lose weight .

3.An apple a day,burns the fat away.The apple contains pectin which burns your body fat.

4.Eat more raw vegetables such as carrots,broccoli ,cauliflower,celery etc.before
your meals.This will give you a feeling of fullness so you will eat less of your regular meal.

5.Don't take fried items .In that place you may take baked or grilled items.

6.Take more sea foods instead of meat or beef.

7.Take always whole grain foods as they are rich in fiber.

8.Take 5,6 small meals a day rather than 3 heavy meals.This will boost up your metabolism
